1. القبول

باستخدامك اللعبة توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا ما توافق، لا تستخدم اللعبة.

2. الحساب

اللعبة تنشئ لك حساباً مجهولاً تلقائياً، وتقدر تربطه بحساب Google. أنت مسؤول عن جهازك وعن أي نشاط يصير من حسابك. يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 سنة فأكثر.

3. السلوك داخل اللعبة

• ممنوع الإساءة أو التحرش أو الكلام العنصري أو المسيء تجاه اللاعبين.
• ممنوع الغش أو التواطؤ (مثل كشف أوراق الفريق للخصم عبر وسيلة خارجية) أو استخدام برامج تعدّل اللعبة.
• ممنوع انتحال شخصية أشخاص آخرين أو استخدام أسماء مسيئة.

عند المخالفة يحق لنا كتم حسابك أو تعليقه أو إنهاؤه بدون تعويض.

4. العملات والمشتريات

«التمر» و«اللولو» عملات افتراضية داخل اللعبة، ليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا تُسترد أو تُحوَّل أو تُباع خارج اللعبة. المشتريات تتم عبر App Store أو Google Play وتخضع لشروطهم وسياسة الاسترداد عندهم. الاشتراكات (عضوية الذهب الشهرية والسنوية، وعضوية المجلس الشهرية) تتجدد تلقائياً إلا إذا ألغيتها من إعدادات المتجر قبل نهاية الفترة. إذا استرجعت مبلغ الاشتراك من المتجر، تنشال مزاياه من حسابك.

5. التوفر والتغييرات

قد نغيّر اللعبة أو قواعدها أو عناصرها أو نوقفها كلياً أو جزئياً في أي وقت. نحاول الحفاظ على تقدّمك، لكن لا نضمن استمرار أي عنصر أو رصيد.

6. الملكية

الاسم والشعار والرسوم والشخصيات والأصوات والكود ملك لنا. يحق لك استخدام اللعبة للعب الشخصي فقط.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

اللعبة تُقدَّم «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات أو أعطال الشبكة في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

8. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

1. Acceptance

By using the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Account

The Game creates an anonymous account for you automatically; you may link it to a Google account. You are responsible for your device and for any activity on your account. You must be 13 years of age or older.

3. Conduct

• No abuse, harassment, racist or offensive language towards other players.
• No cheating or collusion (for example revealing a teammate's cards to opponents through outside channels) and no software that modifies the Game.
• No impersonation of other people and no offensive names.

If you break these rules we may mute, suspend or terminate your account without compensation.

4. Virtual currency and purchases

"Dates" and "Pearls" are virtual in-game currencies with no monetary value; they cannot be refunded, transferred or sold outside the Game. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Subscriptions (monthly and yearly Gold Membership, and monthly Majlis Membership) renew automatically unless cancelled in your store settings before the end of the period. If a subscription is refunded by the store, its benefits are removed from your account.

5. Availability and changes

We may change the Game, its rules or items, or discontinue it in whole or in part at any time. We try to preserve your progress but do not guarantee the continuity of any item or balance.

6. Ownership

The name, logo, artwork, characters, voices and code are our property. You may use the Game for personal play only.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, data loss or network failures.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
