سياسة الخصوصية — لارنس

لعبة «لارنس» («اللعبة») يطوّرها زايد مطر الهاملي («نحن»). هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم فيها.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• حساب اللاعب: معرّف مجهول ننشئه لك عند أول تشغيل (عن طريق Firebase Authentication)، وإذا اخترت ربط حسابك بـ Google أو Apple نحتفظ بمعرّف الحساب والبريد الإلكتروني فقط. الرصيد والأغراض محفوظة على خوادمنا مرتبطة بهذا الحساب.
• ملفك في اللعبة: الاسم المستعار الذي تكتبه، الشخصية والإطار والأغراض التي تختارها، ورمز الصداقة.
• بيانات اللعب: نتائج الجولات، النقاط، الإحصائيات، ترتيب الدوري والبطولات، وقائمة الربع (الأصدقاء) الذين أضفتهم.
• الرسائل داخل اللعبة: العبارات والملصقات والهدايا المرسلة على الطاولة تُعرض للاعبين في نفس الغرفة وتُحذف مع انتهاء الغرفة.
• الاقتراحات والشكاوي: إذا أرسلت لنا اقتراح أو شكوى نحفظ النص اللي كتبته مع معرّفك واسمك في اللعبة ونوع جهازك، عشان نقراه ونحسّن اللعبة. يمسح اسمك ومعرّفك منه إذا حذفت حسابك.
• البلاغات: إذا أبلغت عن لاعب نحتفظ بالبلاغ (معرّفك ومعرّف اللاعب وسبب البلاغ) لمدة 30 يوماً للمراجعة.
• المشتريات: تتم عبر App Store أو Google Play. لا نرى أو نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك؛ نحتفظ فقط بمعرّف عملية الشراء لتفعيل ما اشتريته.
• بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز والمتصفح وحالة الاتصال، لتشغيل الغرف بثبات ومعالجة الأعطال.

2. لماذا نستخدمها

لتشغيل اللعب أونلاين (توزيع الورق والتحقق من الحركات على الخادم)، حفظ تقدمك، عرض الترتيب، منع الغش والإساءة، وتحسين اللعبة.

3. أين تُخزَّن

على خوادم Google Firebase (منطقة أوروبا – بلجيكا). الحضور الفوري للغرف يمر عبر Firebase Realtime Database.

4. المشاركة مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك. نستخدم مزوّدين تقنيين فقط: Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والخوادم)، Netlify (استضافة النسخة الويب)، ومتاجر التطبيقات للدفع. إذا عُرضت إعلانات اختيارية (لمكافأة داخل اللعبة) فمزوّد الإعلانات قد يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك وفق سياسته.

5. الأطفال

اللعبة موجّهة لعمر 13 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات من الأطفال دون 13 سنة؛ إذا علمنا بذلك نحذفها.

6. حقوقك

تقدر تغيّر اسمك وشخصيتك من داخل اللعبة في أي وقت، وتحذف الأصدقاء وتكتم اللاعبين. لحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك: من داخل اللعبة افتح «الإعدادات» ثم «احذف حسابي»، ويتم الحذف فوراً (الرصيد والأغراض والأصدقاء والترتيب وحساب الدخول). نحتفظ فقط بسجل عمليات الشراء بدون ربطه بك لأنه سجل مالي. وتقدر بعد تراسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.

"Larens" (the "Game") is developed by Zayed Matar Alhameli ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you control it.

1. Data we collect

• Player account: an anonymous identifier created on first launch (via Firebase Authentication). If you choose to link your account with Google or Apple we keep only the account identifier and email address. Your balance and items are stored on our servers, tied to that account.
• Your in-game profile: the nickname you enter, the character, frame and items you select, and your friend code.
• Gameplay data: round results, scores, statistics, league and tournament rankings, and the friends you add.
• In-game messages: phrases, stickers and gifts sent at the table are shown to players in the same room and deleted when the room ends.
• Suggestions and complaints: if you send us feedback we keep the text you wrote with your ID, in-game name and device type so we can read it and improve the game. Your name and ID are removed from it if you delete your account.
• Reports: if you report a player we keep the report (your ID, their ID and the reason) for 30 days for review.
• Purchases: handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the purchase identifier to activate what you bought.
• Technical data: device and browser type and connection state, used to keep rooms stable and diagnose crashes.

2. Why we use it

To run online play (the server deals the cards and validates moves), save your progress, show rankings, prevent cheating and abuse, and improve the Game.

3. Where it is stored

On Google Firebase servers (Europe region – Belgium). Live room presence goes through Firebase Realtime Database.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only use technical providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, functions), Netlify (web hosting) and the app stores for payments. If optional rewarded ads are shown, the ad provider may use your device's advertising identifier under its own policy.

5. Children

The Game is intended for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

6. Your rights

You can change your name and character inside the Game at any time, remove friends and mute players. To delete your account and all of your data: in the Game open “Settings” then “Delete my account”; deletion is immediate (balance, items, friends, rankings and the sign-in account). We keep only purchase records, unlinked from you, as financial records. You can also email us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
